New patients are always welcome in our practices in Blerick and Venlo-Zuid. You can usually come to us for a first visit within two working days.

Get to know each other
During your first appointment, we would like to get to know you extensively. Personally, but especially in the dental field. That is why we reserve more time for this first appointment. We would like to hear your personal, dental wishes and any complaints. We will also discuss your general health by filling out a questionnaire together. We will perform an extensive oral examination and, if necessary, we will take X-rays and look at the photos and data from your previous dentist. Our findings and advice will be discussed with you in detail.
Personal treatment plan for your teeth
Based on your dental situation, your wishes and possibilities, we will draw up a personal treatment plan, for the short and/or long term. If your teeth are in perfect condition, we will do everything we can to keep them that way. If we think that the health of your teeth can be improved, we will advise you on the treatments that are necessary to achieve this. If desired, we can advise you on the insurance that suits you best.
What should you bring on your first visit?
In order to provide good care, we ask you to bring the following items with you on your first visit.
- Please register first via the form on this page
- The completed health questionnaire
- Your insurance card or details
- Information from your previous dentist (you can also have this emailed to botmantandartsen@zorgmail.nl)
- Your ID
Acute complaints
If you have acute complaints, we will of course resolve them immediately. We will then make a new appointment for the introduction, the oral examination and the preparation of your personal treatment plan.
