We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service and would be happy to discuss things with you. If we know that something is not up to scratch, we can do our best to find an appropriate solution. There may have been a misunderstanding. In any event, we shall endeavour to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you can forward your complaint to the KNMT complaints mechanism, with which we are affiliated.
