You can cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, you must do this at least 2 working days (>48 hours) before the appointment. Our patients reserve time for a treatment. This reserves a treatment room, a dentist, an assistant and support staff, which are subject to costs.
If the patient does not use it and the reserved time cannot be scheduled for another patient, the costs will continue. Missed appointments can be charged, in accordance with the guidelines of the KNMT.
