Outside our regular opening hours, during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and during official days off, public holidays and school holidays, we work together with the emergency service Dental365 Venlo Emergency Dentist.

In addition to the Venlo location, Dental365 also has locations in Rotterdam, Breda, Gouda, Dordrecht, The Hague, Amsterdam, Ede, Deventer, Apeldoorn, Rhoon, Leeuwarden, Arnhem, Hoogeveen, Sneek and Zeeland. If another location suits you better at that time, you can indicate your preference by telephone. Dental365 can then, if possible, look with you to see which location is the most suitable for you. For more information about the emergency service, you can also visit the website Dental365.nl
A number of things you should also take into account before calling Dental365 Venlo Emergency Dentist; What to bring:
- When calling: always keep your BSN (or that of the person for whom you want to make an appointment) at hand. Dental365 needs this to be able to schedule an appointment.
- You (or the person concerned) must bring a valid form of identification.
- You must pay for your consultation and/or emergency treatment at Dental365 immediately by debit or credit card. You cannot pay in cash.
Costs and reimbursements:
- The codes for emergency treatment are the same as the codes for regular dental treatment. The maximum dental rates are determined each year by the NZa (Dutch Healthcare Authority) and are revised annually.
- There are statutory surcharges regarding evening, night and weekend surcharges (after 18:00 PM to 08:00 AM, on Saturdays/Sundays and during recognized/official holidays and vacation days). Please inquire about this when you call.
- Because you are not a registered patient, you must pay your bill immediately by debit/credit card (except American Express) for emergency treatments. This applies to all locations. We do not have change.
- If you have additional dental insurance, you can submit your Dental365 invoice to your health insurer afterwards. For information about reimbursements from your additional insurance, you should consult your own health insurer.
- Emergency costs for children up to 18 years. The basic insurance covers children under 18, even if some treatments need to be performed urgently. In the case of emergency treatment, you must pay the bill immediately. This is because your child is not a registered patient at Dental365. You can submit the bill to your insurer afterwards. If possible, ask your insurer which treatments and costs are reimbursed from the basic insurance for children up to 18 years.
Finally:
- Dental365 does not have a patient file for you and cannot view it. If you do have your own regular dentist and have been to Dentl365 for an emergency, we will always refer you back to your own dentist after the emergency treatment. Any follow-up treatments must be carried out by your own dentist.
- When you have made an appointment at Dental365, you will receive confirmation by SMS. In this confirmation you will also find the link to the online anamnesis form. You must complete and send this form online in advance, before you go to your appointment. If you have a regular dentist, do not forget to fill in this information on the form correctly. Without your dentist's information, Dental365 cannot send your treatment report and any X-rays to your dentist.
- Please note that your appointment time at Dental365 is always a guideline time! Dental365 Venlo is not a regular dental practice but an emergency dental practice. You are requested to arrive on time and we always try to help you on time. However, you may experience delays and longer waiting times because it is never possible to estimate in advance how long an emergency appointment can take per patient. In addition, some emergency appointments always have priority. This may also mean that you unfortunately have to wait longer. This is the case, for example, in the case of acute care, trauma and emergencies with children.
- Cancel your emergency appointment always by phone via the above telephone number of Dental365 Venlo. E-mails are not always read in time.
