You can easily change or cancel your appointment online. However, you must do so at least two business days (>2 hours) in advance. Our staff will reserve time for each treatment. This requires reserving a treatment room, dentist, assistant, and support staff, which incurs a fee.
If you cannot cancel two business days in advance and the reserved time cannot be rescheduled for another patient, the costs will continue. Missed appointments may be charged, in accordance with the KNMT guidelines.
